The Mesa City Center — a joint project between the City of Mesa and ASU — houses academic programs offered by the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts related to digital and sensory technology, experiential design, gaming, media arts, and film production. It also features spaces for entrepreneurship and community collaboration, as well as the MIX Center, which brings designers, creators, developers, researchers and worldbuilders together.
