The Del E. Webb Altitude Chamber Lab allows students to experience the physiological effect oxygen deprivation has on the body. It is used by ASU Professional Flight students as well as private, corporate, and government agency pilots and aircrews. The two altitude chambers are capable of simulating altitudes over 70,000 feet and have been used for product testing and development, human subject research, and loss of cabin pressurization simulation training.
