Greek Leadership Village

The Greek Leadership Village is located on campus on the southeast corner of Rural and University off of Terrace Road. This student-led project provides the ASU fraternity and sorority community with meeting spaces, council offices, retail space, and housing facilities to support their leadership, growth, and development.

The village is comprised of 27 chapter houses organized as connected three- and four-story townhomes that create an identity for each house while maintaining a collegial sense of community. Large pedestrian pathways join the houses along two triangular green spaces. It has been designed and registered to achieve LEED certification with the U.S. Green Building Council.

The Greek Leadership Village Community Center is a 33,000-square-foot facility that showcases a street-level retail area, a 450-person event space, and offices for the governing council and fraternity and sorority life staff.
