Adelphi Commons, ASU’s first residence hall built under a public-private partnership, won the CityAZ 2002 Design Award for Multifamily Housing. The 70,829 square-foot complex located on the south end of campus has 12 clusters of suites. It is home to W.P. Carey School of Business and Upper Division students for the 2018-2019 academic year. Support facilities include group study rooms, kitchen and laundry areas, meeting and multipurpose rooms, an office and a manager's apartment.
Adelphi Commons II is home to the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts, School of Sustainability, W.P. Carey School of Business, and Upper Division students for the 2018-2019 academic year. Adelphi Commons II contains six units that offer a variety of amenities that include private chapter rooms, a large multi-purpose center, common area laundry facilities, and common area kitchens.
