Faculty, staff and alumni can join the SRC for nominal charges. The SRC staff support programs in adaptive recreation, aquatics, fitness assessments, instructional classes, intramural sports, personal training, physical therapy, safety education, walking and wellness programs, and youth programs.

The Student Recreation Complex Fields are located north of the SRC. There are two fields, both lighted. A running track borders the fields, measuring 750 yards (.44 miles). Various intramural and club sport events are held at the fields, including flag football, basketball and softball.
