Casa del Valle opened in fall 2024 and welcomes a mix of second-year ASU students, early Barrett, The Honors College students, as well as upper-division scholars renewing their ASU journey. This modern, four-story community features 507 double-occupancy suite-style units, a dynamic social lounge, serene zen areas, collaborative study halls with flexible personal and faculty-supported spaces, a creative “creation hub,” and a landscaped courtyard. Conveniently located adjacent to the Casa de Oro residence hall and just steps from the academic building, the Verde Dining Pavilion and Sun Devil Fitness Complex, Casa del Valle places residents right at the heart of the West Valley campus experience.
